Probably not since the Q8300 is quite a bit slower and so is the Quadro K620. But I think 30fps should still be doable at 1080p low settings though there could be some drops to the lower 20s. If you bought a card faster than the K620 you could use higher settings but there wouldn't be much, if any, increase to the frame rate even at low settings due to the CPU. I think the K620 would be a pretty good pair with the Q8300.

I forgot to mention Genshin 5.0 is supposed to have improved graphics so I have no idea how it and newer versions will perform on older systems. miHoYo has mentioned about reducing the graphics on PS4 and few year old phones phones but idk if that will be available for PC. www.hoyolab.com/article/28339202

It doesn't run much better. 720p everything set to the lowest it gets around 30-35fps when not moving, but when walking or running it drops to 20-30fps and if there is enemies around then it will drop to below 20fps. And of course in combat even below 10fps

It's discontinued so you can't buy them new anymore, but you can buy them used on sites like eBay. Unless you need a lot of PCIe lanes it's better to go with Intel 12th gen or newer, or AMD Zen 4.

With a faster CPU the RX 470 is capable of running Genshin at max settings native 1080p at stable 60fps. Though it doesn't support the Dynamic Character Resolution setting which iirc requires a RX 6000 series card at minimum. For NVIDIA cards it's available to at least some GTX 10-series cards.

I think it's at its full capacity already. It just can't fully utilize all cores. Seems like pretty much identical performance compared to my Phenom II x4 925 without recording.

@@DarkHors-rf9zz Genshin definitely does utilize all of the 6 cores of the 1090T so I would have expected there to be a pretty big gap to a 925, especially at stock 2.8GHz compared to a OC'd 1090T @ 4.0GHz. What graphics card you have?

I should have a video out in less than 24 hours. From what I've quickly tested on the i7-3770 (+ RX 470) it does run at close to 60fps but there is some fps drops and lag peaks. If (/when) they optimize the game in upcoming patches I believe it will run pretty well. A lot of people currently have performance issues even with quite recent hardware. I have a Q6600 but I can't easily test it because it's in use in my HTPC. But it definitely should start since the game doesn't require SSE4.1, but the performance would of course be worse than with the Q9550 @ 3.4GHz in the video. Depending on what your PC is you could BSEL (tape) mod the Q6600 to run at 3.0GHz which is a nice jump from the stock 2.4GHz. What graphics card you have?

@@miftah2904 That GPU should do fine. Hmm... I could underclock the Q9550 to make it perform similarly to the Q6600 2.4GHz. I don't have a R7 250 but I do have a GT 640 1GB GDDR5 (basically a lower clocked GTX 650) which should be close enough.

GT 730 can run it at ~720p 30fps with mostly low settings. It will look a lot worse than in the video but should be playable. Assuming it's a Kepler based GT 730 and not the Fermi based one which is just a rebranded GT 430 and is quite a bit slower. GT 710 is pretty much a GT 730 cut in half. It might get playable frame rates in easier to run areas like Mondstadt and the old part of Liyue but in newer regions I'd expect less than 30fps with minimum settings. Again assuming it's the Kepler based one and not the Fermi which is a rebranded GT 610 which was already a rebranded GT 520. Is your computer some SFF system which can't take normal size graphics cards?

​@@Pasi123No, my PC is a Dell Optiplex 380 DT, but I'm confused because to use a graphics card like a GTX 660 or HD 7870 I have to upgrade the default PSU which is only 250W and without a power pin. And if I want to upgrade the psu I'm not sure it will fit in the case, do you have any other graphics card suggestions? thank you *sorry for my bad english

@@kentanggeminkk5268 The Optiplex 380 DT looks to be limited to low profile cards like the SFF, only the 380 MT can take normal size cards. That limits your options a lot because there hasn't been many low profile cards in the last 10 years. Something like a Radeon R7 350X or R7 340 would be better than the GT 730 and R5 340X, R5 340 would be comparable to the GT 730. From NVIDIA the options would be mostly the GT 1030 or Quadro P1000, P600, P400, K620 and then of course the GT 730. If you had a normal size tower then there would be more better options like the GTX 1050, GTX 750 Ti, GTX 750 or Radeon RX 560, RX 460, RX 550
